Together in Jinja

God clearly called Mark and I to go to Jinja, Uganda together in 2008.We were so blown away at how He provided for us and prepared our hearts.It was out of Mark's comfort zone but God had a plan! It was amazing to watch God work through Mark.When we obey the Lord and lay down our plans and surrender to His plans,LOOK OUT!We were filled with love and compassion for Africa.We pondered it all in our hearts. We ministered in prisons,schools,orphanges and hospitals.We traveled to Gulu and helped to put a new roof on a church there. What a blessing! We had a showing of "The Jesus Film"in their language in the village.That was so cool. It was shown on a white sheet and powered by a truck battery. Many villagers came and it was great how they would let out loud cheers whenever Christ appeared in the film.

It was so wonderful for Mark and I to be together in Jinja.He was so stoked to meet all those that we had been praying for together.Praises to God! To God be the glory for the things He has done.It was beautiful to minister together and worship along with our friends in Uganda.What a blessed journey we are on together!
